How we handle interest and payments.

This page is plain language for a lawyer to correct. It is not a finished privacy notice. The legal entity that will be the controller is not confirmed yet. Company registration is in progress; the adopted notice will name the controller before live checkout.

What we collect

• Interest form: name, email, optional note, and which page you sent from.
• If checkout goes live: payment details handled by Stripe; we receive what Stripe shares for fulfillment (typically email and payment status).

Why

• To contact you within 24 hours about your inquiry.
• To deliver the DIY pack after a successful charge.
• To meet legal obligations once the entity is confirmed.

Who else may see it

• Stripe, if you pay.
• A form host such as FormSubmit (or similar), if configured for this build.
• Optional analytics (Cloudflare Web Analytics and/or GA4) only if tokens are set — placeholders ship empty.
• Hosting providers for the static site.

Retention

Interest notes are kept only as long as needed to reply and operate. Exact retention periods will be set with counsel.

Your rights

Depending on applicable law, you may ask for access, correction, or deletion. Use the interest form on the home page until a company email is published. We will contact you within 24 hours of a valid request.
